Yes, you can add multiple companies under the same master email address/login, this will allow you to switch between companies easily. A subscription is required for each company – every new company set includes 30 days FREE access before the first payment is due.

NOTE:

• Financio Accounting - maximum 10 companies per email address.
• Financio Payroll - maximum 100 companies per email address.

Our free trial allows you to explore our Premier Plan for 30 days, free of charge. During the trial period, you will have the option to subscribe to Financio Premier or Essentials. Your free trial account will continue uninterrupted if you subscribe to any paid plan during the trial period. After which, payment will be automatically processed at the end of the free trial period. Should you choose not to subscribe, your trial account will switch to read-only mode. The read-only mode will be available for 30 days, and during this period, you can view and export your data before the account is deleted.

Before your free trial ends, you will have options to subscribe to Financio Premier or Essentials. However, if you do not subscribe to a paid plan, your Financio accounts will be converted to read-only and deleted within 30 days. You may export and download your data before the account is deleted.

If you choose to cancel your subscription, your account will turn into a 30-day read-only mode after your subscription expiry date. Likewise, if you missed the renewal date of your subscription, your account will turn into a 30-day read-only mode. Reactivation is highly recommended to regain full access to your account. The read-only mode will be available for 30 days, and during this period, you can view and export your data before the account is deleted.

Yes, you can choose to cancel at any time. However, cancellation will only be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
