Get to Know CONNECT Contest Terms & Conditions

The Get to Know CONNECT (“the Contest”) is organised by and sponsored by Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd & Asian Business Software Solutions Sdn Bhd (ABSS). (“the Company”).

By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs. Any amendments to the T&Cs, additions, replacements, variations, and modifications thereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant. Amendments to the T&Cs will be posted on this webpage.

Non-compliance with or breach of any of these T&Cs may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Contest, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn, or reclaimed.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Company’s employees, agents, suppliers, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
  2. The Contest is open from 11 November ’20 to 22 December ’20 (“Contest Period”). Submissions after the Contest Period shall not be entertained. 
  3. Eligible only for Financio’s customers in Singapore and Malaysia.
  4. The Company shall not be held liable in any way for delays, non-deliveries, and/or interruptions of the Facebook Page and website.

Contest Mechanics

The Eligible Participants need to carry out the following steps in order to become a participant in the Contest.

  1. Weekly prize lucky draw: Answer 1 trivia question in the comments section of the Facebook post and tag two friends.
  2. Grand prize lucky draw: Participate on a weekly basis with qualified entry/entries and adhere to the contest mechanics, as stated in no.1. Participants for the Grand prize lucky draw will need to complete and submit the Get to Know CONNECT Lucky Draw Form.  
  3. One winner will be picked from the eligible entries randomly for each week’s trivia question post.
  4. One winner will be picked from the eligible entries randomly for the grand prize lucky draw.
  5. Participants must be active CONNECT mobile app users. 
  6. Only one entry per user. Users who leave a review on CONNECT Google Play Store will automatically get 2x entries.

Week 1: 11 – 17 Nov 20′

Week 2: 18 – 24 Nov 20′

Week 3: 25 Nov – 1 Dec 20′

Week 4: 2 – 8 Dec 20′

Week 5: 9 – 15 Dec 20′

Week 6: 16 – 22 Dec 20′ : Grand Prize Lucky Draw

 

Judging Criteria

  1. Entries will be judged based on the correct answers to the weekly trivia questions and adhering to all the contest mechanics. 
  2. Representatives of the Company will pick a winner from eligible entries randomly.
  3. All decisions announced by the Company are final and binding. Any disputes in relation to the decisions shall not be entertained.

Prize

  1. Malaysia: 5x Weekly prizes: RM30 GrabFood voucher
  2. Singapore: 5x Weekly prizes: $10 GrabFood voucher
  3. Grand Prize: Jabra Elite Active 65t, worth RM899/S$293 

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or any other items.

Winners 

  1. The Company will announce the winners via Social Media.
  2. Winners will be notified via email and call. Winners are responsible for reverting within 2 working days to the Company with the necessary details for prize collection/delivery. Failing which, the prizes will be forfeited, and no further claims will be entertained.
  3. The winners may be required to participate in a photo-taking session during the issuing of prizes. Pictures and names may be showcase in any of the Company’s communication channels. 

Miscellaneous

By participating in this Contest, you hereby agree that Financio may collect, obtain, store and process your personal data that you provide in this contest form for the purpose of receiving updates, news, promotional, and marketing mails or materials from Financio and sponsor of this Contest. 

The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating in the Contest, you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims.
