Premium Plan users can log in to the CONNECT mobile app using the same login ID (email address) and password for the Financio web.
Before you log in, kindly set up your CONNECT Mobile Role in Financio web. Kindly go to Control Panel > Users > View > setup your CONNECT Mobile Role > Click on Save.
CONNECT mobile app is currently available in Android version on Google Play Store only. The current version supports Android 5.1 to Android 10.0
Yes, you can now work together in real-time across departments. You can even assign users specific role-based access to appropriate levels of information that are required to do their job.
CONNECT mobile app is specially designed for users to record any sales and purchases transactions in their Financio account, while on the go. All settings (includes creating a new product) need to be done via Financio web application to avoid any product duplication.
To change the setting, kindly go to Control Panel > Users > View > setup your CONNECT Mobile Role > Click on Save. However, you will need to have access to Control Panel to do the settings.
